While servicing my Taylors 079D I removed the tee piece from the bottom of the burner pot to deal with a slight leak. Like a numpty I failed to note which branch went where.
It is a tee connector, two of the branches have concave entries to take an olive and one has a flush flat entry, the bore of this one is smaller than the other two.
One of the concave entries is obvious, it takes the fuel feed pipe. One of the other two takes the blanking nut for the fuel drain and the other screws into the bottom of the burner pot. Thing is I didn't note which is which :(.
Does anyone know? My thinking is that the flat side may be like that to take the washer of the blanking nut. Or is it (with the reduced bore) a kind of jet for delivering fuel to the burner pot. Does anyone know? Does it matter?
If some kind soul with a Taylors 079D could remove the blanking nut and tell me if they see a concave opening or a flat one it would be much appreciated.
I've checked the manual and it is not apparent.

Just removed cap to look:

The sump/drain lowest end of the Tee is flat on mine. So an olive would not work but a wee copper disc would seal well as a washer inside the sump/drain cap.
Heat on, gonna be a cold one tonight they say:)
