More Rubbish Service

Ordered a new lap top. Courier phoned to say, deliver Tues between 5 and 9. Rush home, no delivery. They phone the next day, will come tonight, rushed home, no show. Now the Company says courier is letting them down. Shall I give them another chance or cancel the order. Why promiss what you cant deliver?

Having now waited in 3 times for Next to deliver a piece of furniture, you have my sympathy...

By cancelling the order who do you hurt most, them or you....I suspect you, so bear with it and don't use them again and tell us all who the company was.

Not exactly a brand name but have a look at the spec of this.

Without going into specs of what Phil needs, he might be looking for a powerhouse, if serial port required for sea going activities, this is a well known brand name (amongst computer buffs, for quality) at £500 inc VAT. Smaller hard drive and no wireless, but brilliant spec for the price, and a serial port too!
