Let's hope it resolves the issues. It's a pity it didn't keep going until the third river crossing was completed.

I suppose it's significantly cheaper than building a completely new bridge.

I think the “third river crossing” is for Lowestoft? Unless they are building another one in Gt Yarmouth?
