Cor blimey those last few big threads have worn me out. Can't keep up. So, howsabout some more pix of pranged superyachts - we haven't had many lately. These were sent to me by a kind correspondent in the US. This is the 48m Perini Navi "Legacy"
legacy.jpg

Anyway, below are some pics of her from couple of weeks ago. I dont know if she was driving too fast at night, or wasn't marking her charts in pencil, or simply allowing her prop shafts to rotate freely, or what. Interestingly though she is upright without legs, so those drying out legs are a complete ripoff

The pics are Florida Keys, and Wilma was the culprit.

Re: story please

....With a little chemical dependency in advancing years!

Back to the original thread, I'm glad I'm not his insurance underwriter, someones going to have a very poor christmas.

There is only one crew out of 5 showing any interest in getting her scrubbed off before the next tide comes in.

Upsetting to see this is'nt it.

Propably due to being underway in displacment mode......

To answer Roo - Northern Wave replied to this site last week.

shaken a bit but Ok - no power/water etc for ages. Grim.

I think he was one of the luckier ones as he had power etc on board.
