I decided to go for a little trip on Sunday so that I could report back to all those that have lifted their boats or decided to go abroad.

Port Solent, Cowes, Needles, St Aubens Head, Poole, Bournemouth, Needles, St Catherines head, Sandown, Nab Tower & finally back to Port Solent was the plan.

Whilst enjoying the trip I noticed that all the sailing boats had become motor boats for the day (which was a great gesture for all of them to join in on our passion of motorboating), the Needles & Nab Tower have new exclusive marinas (for fisherman only it seemed) & finally our friends on those water scooters would travel miles for a wash.

I was pootling along at 28kts & looked behind me and saw 2 speed boats & about 8 sea scooters come hurtling past me, absolute hooligans
