We've got a SL400 in ours, never really liked it, and now its started leaking.

Whose got some decent recomendations for a new toilet. I'm told to avoid electric ones!

Or has anyone got a new SL400 pump lying aorund..

Greg...

Best one so far has been the Rheinstrom 2RG Klein, all metal pump and fixings, powerful pump never blocked unlike some I can remember with wobbly plastic bits.
I think they still make them, you can get spares.

HI Trajan,

There is only one real toilet for boats - the Blakes Lavac. For sheer simplicity of design and operation, nothing comes near.

We have had Raritan PHII's for 15 years and I would highly recommend them.

So do I...the PH II has been rated the best manual toilet under $500 (price is about $250 USD) for decades. 20-25 years of trouble-free service with even minimal maintenance (keep it lubricated, rebuild every 5-6 years) is typical. If your budget can't quite stand a Blake, it would be an excellent choice.
