I ordered a spare Lavac seat from Mailspeed Marine in January. The part was not going to be available until Mid Feb. from the manufactures. I was rung up by Mailspeed Marine on Wednesday to inform me they had the part. It arrived Thursday before lunch.
It does seem some companies try hard.
 
Surprisingly there is quite a bit of good service about. I ordered some Raymarine parts for my autohelm from Yachtbits. Ordered via the internet Sunday evening, delivered to me Tuesday morning

Exactly, next day delivery is normal now, its as though they are waiting for the next order to come in, wish it was the norm.
