More engine advice please

Just one thought, I had a car that blew a head gasket once and it took loads of oil changes before there wasn't a trace of water in the oil...so just maybe the engine is fine and just needs another oil change or two... are you completely sure that the level has risen on the dipstick?

Maybe I'm clutching at straws here but it could be a nice answer!

Yes we checked the oil level and it had gone up by a lot.
