more eber woes

can't find this problem in the zillions of q's in the history of ybw - so here goes:

Monday: all working fine

Tuesday: turned on as usual -but lights only came on for second before going out and unit would not start

Wednesday: checked all connections, turned on, ran normally. Left on for hours and thermostat worked because went into standby mode and restarted fine later with no probs when temperature turned up.

Thursday: turned on, all normal.Turned off for several hours. Would not turn on again. on initial try,the lights came on momentarily, but then went out and no life at all. Now nowt at all. Cannot find anything like this in trouble shooting guide.
Have checked thermostat for crossed wires - nothing.

What is the supply voltage ? They shut down below 11 volts just as described. Mine had this issue due to a bad connection from the domestic isolator switch.

thanks, don't think it's that-volts reading 14.4. also, we have diesel cooker that won't work if battery is low, and that's working fine.

Check all power supply connections, including the fuse. Fuses have a habit of corroding and limiting the power and a heater takes a bit of grunt to get going.
