Moorings ownship scheme

Does anyone have any experience of the moorings buy to charter scheme?
It looks interesting - we like the idea of a CAT but don’t like the style/layouts of the older stuff we can afford.

We only use for a few weeks a year anyway so like the idea of getting a boat which we can work towards owning while taming the opportunity to try out various places.

I know maybe 85% of you are going to be negative, I’m really just looking for those who have had experience. I’ve looked at the stuff I can buy and I don’t like it.
