Luckily we had had enough yesterday and stopped just down from Wargrave instead of just above the Flower Pot which is our normal stop.
Noticed as we passed loads of no mooring signs, have they been closed for good?

The land in question, between the lock and the Flowerpot landing stage, changed hands a couple of years ago.
It is now part of the neighbouring Culham Estate.

Steve (SRB) who collects mooring fees on behalf of all the local landowners, has been told that this area is now for camping and fishing (day permit) only

That's a pity. However plenty of space at the mo at Mill Meadow and some in the shade.
