On a point of order, /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif techniclay the Upper Thames is above Oxford, Middle Thames is Oxford to Reading and the rest is Lower Thames to Teddington. Although some rowing clubs etc.. have different regions, but Shepperton is definately Lower Thames /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Ah, but if you live on t'tidal bit, then the lower Thames doesn't start till you're around Sarfend.....
