I have a 15' dory with a small outboard that is sitting in the creek outside my house...I am moving out for a couple of years and letting the house so need to find a new home for the dory.

Would like to find a seasonal mooring somewhere near Falmouth/Truro so that staff and friends can use the boat, does anyone have any ideas...I've put myself on the waiting list at Falmouth Marina and don't mind the cost, they are however oversubscribed as it is
I would leave the boat outside the house, and may still do so but I don't want my guests, (holiday makers), mucking around on it...
Any ideas are welcome
