Noticed these, I fancy a night there. I see Royal Plymouth Corinthians YC owns them.

Any thoughts?

Where is the best place to land ashore by dinghy?
Is the old RPYC club house slipway still useable? Mayflower SC slipway?

There’s a newish dinghy landing pontoon just south of Mayflower Steps, installed by Cattewater Harbour a couple of years ago. It’s great because up until that point there wasn’t really anywhere to land. Good old Plymouth, once the Mayflower left to discover the new world all that time ago, it apparently decided it didn’t really want anyone else stepping ashore.

Anyway, there’s been a concerted effort to change that just recently. CH also have visitor pontoons (not attached to the shore) just inside Mountbatten Breakwater, which are an alternative to swinging moorings, but either option is good depending on weather conditions.
