Moody 33 MkII - Any Problems?

Just seen a Moody 33 MkII, 1979, which needs a lot of TLC but may be able to get at a reasnable price. I know it needs Osmosis treatment, new gas installation, several deck & window leaks to be fixed and a really thorough clean up inside. Are there any specific points I should look for when I give it second look over tomorrow morning?

Generally thought to be a good all round boat, though at that age some work is inevitable.
