Moody 27 fuel cap

please can anyone with a little old moody (she is almost 30yrs old) tell me how I can get a replacement fuel cap.... I have been to chandlers but the caps they have are the wrong size.... I have taken a photo..... But if there is another owner whos had the same problem........please help.. I have put gaffer tape over the broken cap so as to NOT let all this rain in....:-(

It seized shut on my mates M27 winter 2010/11 .... Nothing we tried would free it. Eventually we broke it and replaced the whole assembley with a lovely shiny new one. Relatively cheap and easy to replace .... Circa £25 and an hours work.

If its like my M31 then it's one of these. Note that the seal is sold separtely.

I had to replace mine also 30 years old, made of soft ally alloy that was easily burred, went to the chandlery barge at bursledon, part of the old aladins cave empire before they changed to force 4, had agod selection of odd filler caps!
