Monohull alternative to Power Cat - suggestions please.

I currently have a Greenland 34 powercat with 2 x Yanmar 75HP engines. My boat doesn't have a generator or deep freeze and the fresh water tank is only 200L. We'd like something a bit bigger with a generator or more room for solar panels, a good deep freezer and more fw capacity. Decent powercats are scarce in Europe. We recently looked at a Leopard 39 which we liked but it's not ideal - engines are under the bunks which makes it awkward to do regular basic checks and means the bunks are very high and with low headroom. We'd like to have a look at a Leopard 43 but they also have the engines under the bunks. There are a couple of Fountaine Pajot Summerland 40's for sale in France and I might go look at one of those after an upcoming trip to the US.
We really like to extra deck and internal space afforded by powercats and also the manoeuvreability but there are so few of them on the market we may need to broadedn our horizons. So any suggestions please with the following in mind
- no interest in planing speed. Happy at 7/8 mph with top of 12/14,
- prefer low power simple engines with shaft drive and max around 150 hp each,
- around 12/13 metres with a wide beam and flybridge preferably hard top,
- salon space not a priority but want large cockpit and large flybridge,
- conveniently accommodate a 3m+ tender
- large master cabin with private heads and guest heads,
- budget max €300k
- likely availability in the Med - VAT status not important.

Perhaps a Lagoon 43 may be an option, as noting being too expensive and there are certainly some around the Med.
there aren’t many Maryland 37’s in Europe, but they may be good to look at as well.
the obvious stepup from the Greenland is the Highland 35, and there’s a number for sale around the Med.
After that the MY37 is quite an expensive step.
leopard have the 39PC which are older and there should be some from charter fleets.

Thanks. The Msryland and Highland don't add very much to what I have already. I'm more interested in hearing about any monohull alternatives that meet or come close to my criteria.

If you are happy to consider a single main engine rather than twins, and are very patient you might find a Nordhavn 46 with a flying bridge come up for sale -
N46 – Nordhavn Yachts

However they do not seem to come up on the secondhand market very often nowadays.

The fibreglass Grand Banks trawlers have a good reputation generally -

I know you are asking about monohulls, but it is still worthwhile keeping an eye out for cats as well (?)

@Bajansailor - Thank you for taking the trouble. I had browsed the Rhea 36 previously. There are actually 3 of them for sale in Istanbul - a 2013, a 2014 and a 2015. They're lovely boats but a bit over-powered for my style of cruising and only 1 head which would be a major deal breaker. The Lagoon is also a nice roomy boat but truthfully I'd like something a bit younger although I could be persuaded if I was offered an Endeavour 40 with the flybridge.
I spent a couple of hours on Apolloduck yesterday looking at trawler type boats and [if the wifi works ok onboard] I'll do some more research on a long flight to the US tomorrow. I'm inclined to the view that a powercat is the only real answer and the Fountaine Pajot Summerland 40 or a leopard 39 or 43 are top of my list at present.

My searches turned up a Mainship 40 and a Mainship 45 both for sale in Istanbul. Nice boats but again overpowered for my style.
I also found an ex charter Lagoon 40 powercat for sale in Croatia. Very high engine hours on the Yanmar 75HP's and it's the 4 cabin version which is not ideal. I've asked for more information.
