£280.00 :encouragement::encouragement:
Many thanks to Kwaka for his generosity in donating a superb prize of a night in Fawlty Towers and a Rib ride along the Swellies and hope andy Allison (Jurgen) enjoy the trip and will report back to us.
Force Four Chandlery for there kind donation of a £25.00 gift voucher, I can't remember who won it :(
Dean and Redyhoff for donating a nights free berth at East Cowes marina, well done for winning that one Gary.
And OYS for the donating the London Boat Show tickets, these were won by Tim Griffin.
And above all everyone who came along and donated prizes and bought tickets (I was even given money after I had no more to sell).

All the money raised will go to Naomis House http://www.naomihouse.org.uk/

Col :)

Well done, indeed.

I can't help wondering about the title of your thread though. Beer at the beer and natter? Does it hint at the quantity of beer? Or was it possibly a beer at the beer-battered natter?

Or beer-spattered battered-fish-platter accompanied by beer?

I'd buy a beer for anyone who can pronounce that after a couple of pints.

Don't know what you're suggesting. Col was most abstemious. And he didn't fall face first into Jurgen's lap. If he did it must have been a mobo going by causing wake.
Its is true that Helen is a saint though. :)
