Molesey regatta

So it's the Molesey regatta this weekend and usually that involves the Molesey reach being closed.

However, there is no restriction or closure listed here:

There is a note about the "Southern Area Sea Cadets Regatta" that I believe is confused with the Molesey Regatta. The Sea Cadets regatta takes place in Walton and the text doesn't match what's in the PDF notice to mariners.

So... is the Molesey reach closed on the weekend or not?

I hope it's not closed. Schools out on Friday and some of us want to visit the other end of the river that we're paying for!

The course is to the south of the island, navigation for other traffic is to the north.
