Molesey Lock - winter works delayed

We have been advised by the EA that, due to operational and resource issues, winter works at Molesey Lock, originally slated for 30th October to 8th January will now start on 8th January 2018 and finish on 23rd March.

Thanks for sharing; this unfortunately now means that anyone above Bell Weir can't get downstream to the tidal Thames from 30th October until 23rd March

This change of dates for Molesey means there will be only a 23 day window between Bell Weir re-opening and Molesey closing.
