Mobile phone batteries.... Source?

Does any one have a favourite supplier of replacement batteries for mobile phones?

Last time I bought one from a high street mobile phone shop it cost more than a new phone and has not lasted very long either.

A belated thanks for the replies.
A couple of questions though.

There seems to be a choice of NiMH and two different capacity Li-ions for a Nokia 3330. Are they really interchangeable and will the original charger (For NiMH) still be ok if we opt for Li-ion. Batteries are the same volts.

We also have our daughter's cast off Nokia 3510 That has a Li-ion battery (but not the same as the ones for the 3330) and I was wondering whether to pension off my old Motorola and use the 3510 instead. It has been sitting on the shelf now for a couple of years. Is the battery in that likely to be any good or do Li-ions dislike being neglected in the same way that NiMH do.
