Mobile Crane operator - Plymouth area

Anyone with any first hand experience of mobile crane operators for lifting boats in/out in the Plymouth area care to make any recommendations please?

The chap we normally use (and had booked for this autumn) has just let me know he has sold his crane....

We used Lift It the other day for a contract job that was too large for our own crane. I was impressed, nice bunch of guys, friendly and competent.

There's also Wayne at Lo Cost but I'm guessing he's the chap you were referring to?

Good guess!

I'll give Lift It a call this afternoon. I see from the TMSC website that they are using Macsalvors from Redruth for their lift out, I'm pretty certain they used to use Wayne, so I'll see what they can do as well.

I had my boat lifted by Huggins at Carbeil warf, have you tried them? http://www.hugginsmarine.com/index.html

We have used Westcountry cranes for a number of years and are quite competent. Saltash SC use South West Cranes.
