I would have thought that the "development" must be on a back-burner for a couple of years in the presnet financial climate ?

Although Blackwater based, we went on Sunday by car (SWMBO and I) to support and it was great to see so many people there.

Stuck a few squids in the collection and signed in as supporters.

We've tied up at Mistley in the past, very useful to go ashore. It's part of the heritage of this "Sceptic Isle" - so hands off you cretins - we've got the right !!

More to the point - it's part of a chain of historic quays/destinations all over the East Coast which for centuries commercial and leisure sailors have been able to tie up and go ashore for supplies etc., so if Mistley goes, where next ?
