Minor canvas repair job in the Solent area, who?

Any suggestions who would be able to do a quick and cheapish job, refixing the zip of a mainsail lazy bag? I also have a dodger with a pulled out lacing eye.

My feeling is that these tasks are below the paygrade of a regular sail loft.

Used them to replace the front windows on my canopy. Took them to them at 1000 and they were back on the boat by 1430. Very good and I thought quite reaonable (total cost £109 for the windows and replacing the velco).

From my avtar, you get an idea of the size of job I'm talking about!!

Sofia at Arthur's Chandlery - she'll do a very good job at a modest and reasonable price.

There's also the lady at Aurthur's chandlery in Gosport. She's very reasonable on cost and also pretty quick - depending upon how busy she is of course.

Oh yes thanks for the reminder, Sofia has previously repaired some cushions for me. What a lovely, focussed and diligent lady she is!

I must confess I thought machining sewing on a 15ft tape zip was beyond the what she did but I should enquire.
