I might be completely wrong in my thinking, my excuse is I run a petrol boat, but if you sign a declaration re 60/40 then you can sign a declaration if the fuel you buy is undied, not white. The undied fuel is red without the die added. Commercial boaters would have declaration to sign with suppliers. for commercial use. Does that work?
