Minimum Draught

I would consider 7.5 ft far too deep for comfort on the upper Thames
You would be grounding regularly and have problems mooring alongside.
I have just over 4ft draught and that occasionally gives problems.
 
Actually quite interesting looking at the sill depths. Left column upper sill right column lower sill.

Implies that you could possibly get up to near Windsor but the obvious question is where you would moor the boat as you are not allowed to anchor in the Main Navigation Channel. The MNC is presumably where the deep water is.

24hr Manning might be an option I suppose.
