A few weeks ago someone was looking for a mini pressure cooker.

Reader offer in yesterday's Express. 3litre capacity, £24.99 incl p&p. ref. DE 1080. Cant find it on the website but phone number is 0871 872 0194

Do you know what make it is? We have a small one bought from Lakeland Plastics a few years ago and it has been so successful that we would like another exactly the same to use at home.

I have phone the number you gave but they are just a call centre and don't know anything about the product

Try looking in junkshops! All mine have come from there. And cost about £2 each!

Mostly i found "sigg" which have the flexi lid very good. Now i found for £6 a very small one with a detchable handle so it can be used to serve the food and is white enamel looks great! The others were just aluminum

I found storing a saucepan handled type pressure cooker a pain, as was bringing one down to the boat with a cooked meal ready for the first night aboard.

So I bought one of these. Sit down before you review the price but it really was worth it- it is quiet, there are no removeable weights to lose and it is absolutely brilliant

Unfortunately, lakeland no longer sell the model we have, which is a Butterfly Elite, 3 litres, only 7" diameter so it doesn't take up more than half the space on a typical boat cooker hob.

Heres the ad. That is all i know. I saw it late last night and remembered someone was asking

Thanks for that. It isn't the same as the one we already have, which is s/s but it looks good value to me, I shall show it to SWMBO when she returns from NZ.
