Middelburg watersports day 17th June

We intend stopping at Middelburg on 17th June on the way back to Harwich. It will be good to be there while the sports day is on but I am worried about getting a mooring.
Anyone got any experience on how busy the sports day is and whether we will be able to moor then?

you could use VVW Shelde & get the train

That's a good suggestion. Train is an 8 minute trip every half hour. We are picking up friends the week before in Middelburg. If we can't stop at Middelburg on the way back we shall go on to VVW Shelde as you suggest and get back to their car by train.
