After reading these forums about a month ago, I decided to give Micron 66 a try this season.
Initially, it seems that the price isnt much different to normal antifoul so I put it to the back of my mind on the basis that I'd order it later.

Got round to placing the order this morning and it appears that the coverage is less than half of that of normal antifoul thus doubling the cost.

My actual costs are getting on for nearly trebble last years.

I also didnt realise how soft the product is. Apparently, it really does "polish" itself as it is being used and pressure washing mid season could wash it off!!
We expect to lift several times this year to keep the props etc clean.

Anyway, despite this latest information, I've still decided to go ahead.

Do you think I'll regret it?

Only time will tell. I find it sueful to hear what others are using in the vicinity, as experience will focus down on the best a/f for the area.

Good luck and keep us posted.

I am going for Jotun Seaforce 30 on the recommendation of others at the marina. However this is on the reletively freshwater R Severn, with the odd trip out on the Bristol Channel.

Sunseeker Estrella in Mallorca tell me that Micron 66 has been superseeded by Micron 77.

No idea what the difference is but I have told them to go ahead and use it when they antifoul the boat in March
