Micrologic GPS connections

I have a Micrologic sportsman GPS and would like to connect it to an
antenna and NMEA instruments. These are no longer manufactured but the
book says they are connected via a data link box. If anybody has one of
these boxes I would like to know if there is anything special about them
or is it just a fancy name for a connection box. My first requirement is
to connect an antenna, so if anybody knows the connections I would appreciate
them.

My understanding is that ICOM purchased Micrologic .... hence they may be able to help you.
