Anyone recently taken an MF/HF LRC exam? I've got the VHF, know SOLAS, and am also a Class A Licensed Radio Amateur. I'd like to get the MF/HF Long Range Certificate (LRC) but don't want to spend huge amounts of time and money on basics that I already know (what a radio signal is, how HF and MF work, etc). Just the regs, operating procedures, frequencies, and exam basics. Can't find any practice papers, or any other info online. So would like a heads up from someone in similar position or who has done it recently...
