I wondered what it was that bunch of wallies were doing. Now I know its called cricket - wouldn't have believed it from this morning's coverage!

OK I wont mention it.. but its great that at last you seem to have sent a team that looks like they will give us a game, instead of the normal walkover ( ho hum)
Now to make it interesting, I am willing to bet a COLD beer that we will win the series..so if you are willing , your on...
How we pay each other is simple ..( I will tell you later.. after you accept )

Re: Double it!

Hahahahahahaha. I could leave it that that but hey why waste a great opportunity.

Last Sunday afternoon I was listening to the cricket just as I was bringing the boat into the ramp after a wonderful weekends sail near Brisbane where the test was and listening to the cricket. Steve Waugh declares just as I got into the jetty. I turned the radio off and went and got the car/trailer. Got the boat on, unpacked, mast down etc etc etc took a while. Had a half hour chat to some people I knew at the marina and then decided to start the drive/tow home looking forward to listening to the cricket on the way home. Got in the car turned on the radio an f$%k me if they don't say "And they are all out at 79" Jeeeeezzzzzzuuuuuuussss christ what am I going to listen to the rest of the way, my girfriend?????. A whole innings over in the time it takes to pack up a boat???

Please send over some cricketers!!!! I heard they only met each other at the airport before they came. What sort of a team is that?

Oh well maybe next test. All bets taken on :)

Thanks BrianJ for keeping up the pressure while I was away!!

Hopefully they will see fit to kick us off the list. Either that or they will suddenly see fit to claiming the Irish rugby team as their own!

Cheers

Rugger Buggers, Hahahah haven't heard that one. Looking forward to seeing them nest year!! My home field is the venerable Ballymore but they've shifted all the games to a new stadium.

Looking forward to it!! A few more drugs and Ben Tune might even play!
