Merrycraft motorboat

Hello all.
After several years of non boating I have bought a small 14ft craft ,it was sold as a merrycraft.
I have googled etc to no avail. It looks a bit like a Broom Gemini 1960s.
Can anyone give me any information on it please or direct me to an avenue of such knowledge.

I think that "Merrycraft" is an expression like "Thats a Merrycraft" or "That car is a Shed" or "She's a Bonnylass"

Hi tahts what I thought but there is a flyer type of document on ebay for a Merrycraft sport boat.

Found Merrycraft history

Further research has revealed

These boats were made by Brooklands Aviation Ltd in the 60s as fast motor boats and used for racing etc .
Not many about now apparently "good oh"
