Merging PDF files

I am composing a yacht club newsletter consisting of text,photos,line drawings etc and have ended up with four separate PDF files. I am probably being thick but can't see how to merge the four files into one. Could one of our experts please help? Thanks.

Assuming you have a copy of the full version of Adobe Acrobat (not just the reader!), there is a function to stitch/import files together. Do a search within acrobat for the details of your version. If you have not got a full copy of acrobat then you will need to get one.

If you have full Acrobat, open your first pdf file, go to "Document" in Acrobat, then "Insert pages". When prompted, insert where and what you want to add to it, eg file "xxxxx" to be inserted after after page 12. And so on. I use it all the time.

If you don't have the full Acrobat tools, there are several standalone pdf tools available. They are generally shareware, but all have fully functioning evaluation versions:

I only had the Reader so I downloaded the free Professional trial and have merged all the documents.
