We recently had a great meal in the restaurant BUT followed by dodgy bellies that may or may not have been connected.

Sorry to be so crude /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif but I am thinking of risking again this weekend,
was it a one off ?

Anyone have experiences good/bad ?

Oyster Quay? - Had a poor meal there a while ago - sent SWMBOs King prawns back, smelt dodgy as hell. But neither the waitress nor the manager seemed 'bovvered'. got the impression it was common occurence?

Fiery King prawns were within the seafood platter .

It's all changing there next month, new chef, new menu's etc.
It's OK there - carvery Thurs/Sun is relatively risk free. SWIMBO had a few dodgy salads. Good view, good beer average staff . Advice - just keep it simple until next month.

Had breakfast there this morning.
Sausages and hash browns tasted burnt.
However, we had a great evening meal full meal there last night.
They had lamb steaks on the special menu - delicious.

It is now 5 o'clock - tummy is still ok
