Hello.
I'm after some experiences on the Mercrusier 2.8l 200 ES diesel engine - circa 2002/2004. There must be a fair few of these out there in use, but I'm struggling to get any real info in terms of reliability, noise, vibration etc.. It's supposed to be a heavily reworked version of the earlier D-Tronic 165 but much improved as it was reworked by Cummins. I'd also like to know how it compares with the KAD32 although it has more power, both are non common rail, 4 pot engines with mechanical fuel injection.
