Mercruiser QSD 2.0 170hk - starter motor change

Hello,

I really need tips on how to get the starter motor on our mercruiser 2.0 170hp.

Have now found that the starter motor is gone, got it alive by tapping it in the beginning, but now it no longer helps ...
Anyone have experience de-mounting and mounting starter on this model?
The starter and solenoid is located at the very bottom on the port side of the engine, and it seems that brackets for throttle and possibly (cooling filter?) Must be removed for access?
With access only from the top, I fear that the whole engine will have to go out, as I cannot get to working position,??

Anyone have experience with this model and the procedure?
Attaching a picture, will get more later.

I have also been scanning the internet for the right part, but does not seem to be consistent partnumber.
Engine SN is 88232276(X).

An update. So managed to remove the starter motor.

Needed: to remove base plate braket for throttle mounted to the engine, as well as merchatode, and all Electrical connection to that.

It turns out there is corrotion and that the plastic part has melted? Is this savable? I still cannot find the correct parts number online. Uploading a few more pictures before starting the clean up of parts.
