mercruiser heads and prop problem

hi chaps, just thought i would see if anyone needs heads for a mercruiser 2002 5.0l engine. Yes it was frost that caused me to have these as the block was cracked heads perfect though.

On another note i have a Mcguard prop lock fitted by the previous owner, i think this needs an adaptor to remove, anyone any experience of this?

Its like an alloy wheel lock nut; If you have the original paperwork you can get a socket to fit, otherwise I don't know how you get them off except extreme violence
