Bugger, got the boat out of winter storage today to get it ready for ou holiday next week and discovered the drive oil is well below minimum.
Last time out a 'may' have touched the lakebed on Windermere a bit
this resulted in a mangled prop. Is this likely to have damaged the propshaft oil seal ?
I know its my fault for not getting it out earlier and checking, but with the rubbish weather and my new Rib to play with I just didnt get round to it.
Edit
Gets.worse, just checked the oil in the leg and there's water in it :-(
Flat out at work next week so I will need to ring round on Monday morning to see.if anyone can look at it next week, not holding out much hope.
