Mercruiser 5.7 EFI 2001 High Idle Issue

I have a 2001 Maxum 2700 with a Mercruiser 5.7 EFI and Bravo 3. It was running well but stalling when brought back to idle. I changed the IAC which solved the stalling issue but the revs then were too high (which makes it bite / pull too hard when putting it into gear and so docking is difficult). I changed the TPS but that has not brought the revs down.
Is there a way to adjust / lower the idle? Any recommendations on what I could try or is this just something that needs a professional mechanic who could run diagnostics?
