Bonded stores in the UK are just warehouses where things are held for re-export. I'm not aware of anywhere that actually sells duty free goods. Happy to hear of any that do exist though!

United supplies don't appear to sell to the public, and I'm not sailing to Shetland to get some beers in! No idea what you mean by Nogs. Continued searching has turned up nothing in mainland UK outside of airports selling to individuals

Sales are to boats not individuals though it helps if you know "someone".

No, and I suspect that's also why I don't know the process to buy duty free as my whole adult life was in the EU with free movement so never dealt with it before. In terms of private boats there's not much difference, surely? My boat doesn't have an associated business so I assumed from their wording that they wouldn't sell to me.
