Measuring sails

I've got a spinnaker and mizzen staysail for sale, but before putting them on "for sale forum" I was wondering how you measured them to describe them.

For a foresail or staysail, measure the sides of the triangle of head, tack and clew.

Mainsail, measure luff and foot.

Spinnaker, measure luff from head to clew and foot between clews.

A buyer may want more detail but the above should satisfy for an ad.
