If there had been a misrepresentation of the facts and truth fair enough, but no response to that effect from MDL person, so does beg the inevitable questions.
Appreciate Kim et al have to ensure that they are not liable to possible prosecution , maybe it's time we all chipped in to allow them to fight threatened action from potential litigants.... ooh on second thoughts can I take legal advice ?

ah well, see, cos the boat was launched late, they haven't been able to finish the engine fitting, so it's all bolloxed. BUT the main thing is that MDL got paid, and thats far more important than any seatrial, getting house burgled or anything, it seems.
The good news for MDL is that of course they have launched JUST before the weekend so they get even more money - twice the price afloat as it is ashore, see? Of course, i plan to turn up armed with wads of cash, with the boat presumably chained to the quyside until i hand over the mooring fees for the extras three days. Cos that's what happened today, and even when JE sed it was okay, his staff all ignored him.
Now, I am sure John Eades will be aghast that i am accusing him of such underhandedness - but there again - depite the fact that I had to trust his lot for a month with a near-unlimited credit card - his lot didn't trust me one inch. So, it's exactly the same.
