OK, Ok....caught bang to rights!
Seriously, how would boaters like to know what we (and everyone else) charge? I'd be happy to send a weekly posting to a particular site if folk would like that....
Cheers, John

Why the difference in prices - eg at Cobbs diesel 2p more but petrol 7p less.
Not implying there's not a valid reason but would be interested to know why there's any difference

At Cobbs Quay we have a dry stack system which houses mostly petrol driven sports boats. We therefore sell a great deal of petrol which enables us to buy at advantageous rates (volume).
The diesel price is competitive for Poole Harbour, with Club Outlook discount it is very competitive. A lower price can be obtained but only for large volume sales at Poole Quay.....

John

Diesel at Bray and Windsor is “City low sulphur diesel” the same as you would buy at a forecourt. Except our is red.
Reason,we sell this is at Berth holders request to help their engines with Turbo’s. (Cleaner, less smoke) Ordinary diesel sold at Penton Hook is 29p. Of course outlook card holders enjoy their discount.

I think if John has made the efoort to come on here and provide the information then its fair play. It is then down to the consumer if they think the price is fair.

Good on ya John, at least you are making the effort to look in and also to reply to comments. Its more than the other companies do.

Dom

I just want my boat back in the water ;-(
