MD2020 Pressure cap with the T at the top for calorifier fitting- Who sells them? And how full for the expansion tank?

I can't find these on line, anybody bought one or know who sells them. Also when its cold how full should you fill the expansion tank, I filled mine to max, but now wondering if this is too full when cold?
