No, the training manual isn't the same as the yellow book.
TCM you can copy mine. I think I have 90% of it as a pdf scan, which I got from our MCA surveyor (and is, by the way, a bit bollox but no matter, it looks the part) and the other 10% is made up by photocopying instruction pages of your lifejackets and liferafts and sticking em in the book.
I will send the pdf to your work email, it's a massive file
