MCA Emergency Radio Procedures Sticker

Hi all, I have a MCA "Emergency Radio Procedures" sticker on my cabin side, it's scruffy and needs replacing. I've just spent half an hour trying to send an e-mail to the MCA via their website, useless, does anyone out there know where I could get a replacement other than the MCA??

I think that you can only get them from the MCA.

However you could make up your own using any WP package.

To keep mine in good condition I filled in the boat name, MMSI number call sign etc, laminated it and used self adhesive velcro to stick it up near the radio. 'Cos the one that was up when I bought the boat looked really manky.

Call 023 8032 9100 on Monday, and as for emergency procedures sticker MCA/102

Don't know if they still have any left, as no sign of it on their website.

I'm pretty sure we have a box of them at our station but we are rather a long way from you.

Funnily enough I was having a tidy up today and came across exactly one of those that I don't need. PM your address and I'll put it in the post.

Ah - just got it out and it's one for use with GMDSS/DSC radios. If you just want the Mayday.....bit then you could cut the bit about distress button out.

That's v.helpful Moody. Yes it is a DSC one that I need. I'll PM you my address asap, and many thanks to all respondents. The laminate and velcro idea seems worthwhile as well and I'll look into that as well.

Appreciate you have had a lot of generous offers but this one could help others too. Send me, and this applies to anyone else, your boat's name, MMSI or call sign and I will send you a made up sticker via email. You can then print it out, laminate it and stick it wherever you want. If you want a laminated version I can do this, but would be grateful for a cheque made out to the RNLI for £3 to cover p&p and lamination etc
