Nice and informative videos again!

The Delta 80 looks very impressive indeed. Looking forward to having a nose around on the 54 at the H. show on the weekend.

I could see the manual fender locker hatch -supports to be upgraded to gas struts if a certain forum member were to buy an 80, though :).

Thanks K, glad you liked them.

Is the Delta the ugliest boat ever designed? I think the designer must have thought this one up while taking a bath. I'll be happy when this silly trend has exhausted itself and we get back to normality ... proper bows etc!

Seriously impressed with the Delta and I think it looks purposeful. Design that fulfills function is generally always good design in my books...and I like it more than the typical mobo anyway.

You mean like these :)

Nice videos Jack, thanks. I got the mag a few days ago (in central London) so already read it - nice edition

Yup Scubaman, I noticed the fender locker lids on the D80 too. You must have to pay a bit more than €5.2 million to get gas struts I guess :-) The video did show that the D80 is a truly remarkable machine in terms of its dynamic qualities (as distinct from some of the design/build details). Also, I hope you had a nice time in Stockholm Jack - I could have given you a list of bars to visit :)

The Sunseeker 75 is a nice machine too. It needed some obvious changes like a door to the engine room but Sunseeker will do all that for you; no problems with customisation at Sunseeker. I would have chosen different internal finishes from the show boat's but that is neither here nor there. The lounging and entertaining space on the fly bridge was fantastic. I'm hoping DougH on here orders one of those - he must surely be thinking about it :)

Good to hear John, thanks.

Yes, it's always a pleasure to test with Delta as Kalle's dealership is in an amazing spot in the middle of the city. I'll have to get that list off you if I go out to test another one!

I didn't like the look of it the first time (i think jfm posted about it a while back) but after watching that video it truly is impressive. It has that aggressive look that nothing should get in the way "I'm the Daddy!". Was there an option for torpedo tubes?:encouragement:

havent had chance to read the magazine or look at all the videos yet but can i please ask you expense a camera tripod for your videos? (hopefully that doesnt get you into trouble!)

I really like the videos in support of your articles but looking specifically at the sunseeker 75 video above, the camera moves all over the shot when your doing your bit! makes my eyes go fuzzy!!

The Guinness bar had clearly taken its toll on Lester. Thanks for the feedback, I'll look into it.

Jack, what do you mean by the above?

The truth is that any bar has always taken its toll on Lester!

Absolutely drooling over the Delta 80 by the way. Beautiful boat.
I actually see the manual struts for the fender store as a benefit... they won't knacker up in 18 months and leave rust stains everywhere.
The only negative is that like the NC14 (one of my babies at Jeanneau) the stem does ride fractionally high and only comes into it's own at lower speeds or slicing a serious short chop.

Beautiful, beautiful boat.
