To any one from the above organizitions will you still run the cruise in company across the channel this year! knowing full well you could be leading people into a serious fine!. i understand it's the skippers responsibility but it could be very embarrassing to say the least for all concerned.a still shell shocked mm1.(see red diesel thread).

I think MBM should ensure that their cruises are appropriately supported by HM Royal Navy in International waters, miss out the French ports and spend more time in the CI's.

Hmm I would look very very carefully at the legal implications to the cruising club, in particular if they book the destinations as there could be a solid case for litigation. Hopefully everything will be a little clearer by then but I am sure it is an issue MBM have thought of and are looking into
