Hi dont know whether any other forumites have their copy of MBM supplied digitally, but I have not received Mays edition (paper one was out April 16). Anyone else in this position?

Very sorry about that, I'm informed it will be up and running today. Zinio, the American company who manage all of IPC's digital issues are in the middle of migrating to a new platform. So we should all get better service from them in the future

Come on IPC, where is the proactive customer service on this? If you know delivery will be late, get Zinio to advise digital subscribers accordingly and now that we've noticed a delay, without being notified, offer a compensation free issue of something. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I've had a note from Zinio, IPC Media's supplier for the digital version of MBM, who confirms the technical problems they've been experiencing and that MBM subscribers will get an extension to their subscription in compensation:
"I believe a number of backlogged issues are being delivered as we speak. We will of course give each MBM subscriber a one issue extension in compensation for the delay".
I'll keep you updated.
